Yes, visits are by appointment — this lets us set aside enough time for the consultation and examination without rushing. Leave a request through the form or message us on WhatsApp, and we will arrange a convenient time.
Yes. If you are not in Almaty or want to discuss everything in advance, start with a remote consultation: we will discuss the goal, expectations and approximate timeline before the visit. More on the “International patients” page.
On Saturdays — yes, within working hours (09:00–18:00). There are no appointments on Sundays. Confirm the exact schedule for a specific date when booking — it may change.
During working hours we usually reply within the day. The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp: you can also send materials there for a preliminary assessment.
