4. Prices

Prices shown on procedure pages are indicative and may differ from the final cost, which is determined individually at an in-person consultation depending on the scope of the procedure, the chosen technique, and other medical factors.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The offeror undertakes to contact the patient using the contact details provided within a reasonable time after the request is submitted, and to provide a consultation on the matter of interest.

The patient undertakes to provide accurate contact details and may withdraw the request at any time by notifying the contacts listed on the site.

6. Liability

The offeror is not liable for being unable to contact the patient if incorrect contact details were provided.

7. Term and changes
