The data controller is Vladimir Khegay, a plastic surgeon providing services at the Al-Clinic clinic (134 Kabanbay Batyr St., Almaty).

Through the contact forms on the site (on the homepage, procedure pages, "About", blog articles, "International Patients" and "Contacts"), we collect: your name and phone number, provided voluntarily when you submit a consultation request.
The site does not request or store any special categories of personal data (health information, diagnoses, etc.) through its contact forms — such information is discussed only directly with the doctor, in person or remotely, outside the site.
3. Purpose of processing
The data collected is used solely to contact you at the phone number provided, discuss the procedure you are interested in, and arrange a consultation time.
The data is not used for automated decision-making, scoring, or profiling.
4. Who the data is shared with
Requests are processed using the QazCRM lead-management system (crm.tennet.kz) — form data is sent directly to this system over a secure (HTTPS) connection at the moment the request is submitted.
Data is not sold, is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and is not used for promotional mailings without separate consent.
5. Retention period
Data is retained for as long as necessary to process the request and any subsequent interaction with the patient, unless a longer period is required by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On request, data is deleted sooner.
6. Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection," you have the right to request information about what data of yours is being processed, to request its correction or deletion, or to withdraw your consent to processing at any time.

7. Security
The site operates over a secure HTTPS connection. The contact form sends data directly to the CRM system without intermediate storage on the site’s own server.
8. Cookies and analytics
As of this revision, the site does not use cookies for analytics and does not set third-party trackers. If this changes, the policy will be updated accordingly.
9. Third-party services
The site includes links to Instagram and WhatsApp, and an embedded 2GIS map. By following these links or interacting with the embedded widgets, you become subject to the privacy policies of those services — the site is not responsible for their data processing.
